NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in the above styled action on December 10, 2013, the property described in the attached Exhibit “A” will be sold by the clerk of this court at public sale, at 9:00 a.m. on January 9, 2014, to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com.

Lot 82, Block 777, Unit 22, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1 to 16, inclusive in the Public Records of Lee County Florida.
TOGETHER with all future and present improvements and fixtures, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances, leases, licenses and other agreements, rents, issues and profits, water, well, ditch, reservoir and mineral rights and stock, and standing timber and crops pertaining to the real property.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale.
