NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 30, 2012 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-024116 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and TONI K. MACKINSON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, JOHN DOE NKA MIKE JONES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 3, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE PHASE IV UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
