NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-011716, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and AMY L. BUSSMAN A/K/A AMY BUSSMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

From the Northwest corner of said Lot 11, run thence S. 72Ëš 34' 21" E., 76.53 feet along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 11 to the Point of Beginning; thence S. 72Ëš 34' 21" E. 21.64 feet along the Northerly boundary; thence Southeasterly, 12.04 feet along the arc of a curve to the right (having a radius of 240.00 feet, a central angle of 2Ëš 52' 23", and a chord bearing and distance of S 71Ëš 08' 10" E., 12.03 feet) along the Northerly boundary; thence S. 17Ëš 25' 39" W., 93.97 feet; thence N. 64Ëš 31' 06" W., 30.50 feet along the Southerly boundary of said Lot 11; thence N. 72Ëš 34' 21" W., 3.47 feet along said Southerly boundary, thence N. 17Ëš 25' 39" E., 90.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
