NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-022866, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and JULIO PEREZ; ET AL, are defendants.
