NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 27, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-021426 RF of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and THOMAS P. ADAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS P. ADAMS, CARIDAD LOPEZ, HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. , CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 28, Heritage Isles Phase 1A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
