NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-013450 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Jorge A. Reyes, Marisol F. Reyes, Westchase Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, WESTCHASE SECTION 225, 227 AND 229, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
