NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-001312 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Russellwood Condominium Association, Inc., Ruby Ramsarup, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

F-129, RUSSELLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3807, PAGES 1312 THROUGH 1369, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
