NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002168 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Milan Reskovic, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest to Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, National City Bank, Mara Reskovic, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Mio Reskovic, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
