NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001318, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and JUANITA ADAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VEDA ADAMS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 66 FEET OF THE SOUTH 121.60 FEET OF THE EAST 97.50 OF THE WEST 112.50 FEET OF LOT 2, CRAFT'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
