NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-014295, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS A. ROMANELLO; JEANNIE M. ROMANELLO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62 OF TEVALO HILLS UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY MOBILE HOMES LOCATED THEREON.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
