NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 11/20/2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-019217, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and MARK H. WALL; KIMBERLY JOY WALL; AMY LYNN WALL; RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 3; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK H. WALL; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) TO THIS ACTION OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11841, BUILDING 37 OF RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM PHASE IV-A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3680, PAGE 78, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
