NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-016290, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and KIM M. HARRIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ATLANTIC HOME LOANS, INC. MIN#1001571-0106062304-3; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO.2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINT A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E, BUILDING NO. 70 OF WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 16059, PAGE 616, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
