NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018781 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2006-A7CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-G under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated May 1, 2006 , is the Plaintiff and Francisco Paredes, Mortgage Electric Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation, Unknown Spouse of Francisco Paredes n/k/a Maria Paredes, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
