NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-020831 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and PRESTON W POTEAT, VICTORIA M POTEAT, BLOOMINGDALE- BL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, BLOOMINGDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 5, Bloomingdale, Section “M”, Unit No. 1, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 41, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
