NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013939 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Phung Dang, Jose Fung, Boyette Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., John Doe N/K/A Rodney Reese, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
