Final Judgment was awarded on March 28, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-020700, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and SHABAN TERZIU; MIRELA TERZIU; HAMPTON ON THE GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED; HUNTERS GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED; BANK OF AMERICA, AND ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF are Defendants.
