Final Judgment was awarded on September 16, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-021940, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, DALE T. JENKINS A/K/A DALE JENKINS; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9 ASSOCIATION, INC; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on January 6, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
