Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-028862, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2003-6 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-6, is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN J. MCELHONE JR.; DENISE MCELHONE; CHEVAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA); AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
