Notice is given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 12-CC-012592 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., and the Defendants are EGAN ATKINS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EGAN ATKINS, NICOLE R. ATKINS A/K/A NICOLE WILLIAMS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, including but not limited to those heirs and devisees of the ESTATE OF NICOLE R. (MERS), and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY and other named defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 31, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
Lot 12, Block 5, Kings Lake Phase 1B Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 23, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 12808 Lake Vista Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
