NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-015115 Div. C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is Plaintiff and SHABAZZ SLADE, BERKLEY SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHABAZZ M. SLADE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7 in Block 14 of Berkeley Square, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 55 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
