BOOK 4451, PAGE 418 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND ACCORDING TO CONDO PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
