NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-019831-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and Juan Castro, Florida Southern Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., Patrician Garden Apartments Association aka Patrician Garden Apartments Condominium, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT APT. NO. 202-E TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PATRICIAL GARDEN APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2119, PAGES 716 THROUGH 740, AS AMENDED AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE OF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 9, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
