NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009922 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Richard J. Bacher a/k/a Richard Bacher and Nicole L. Bacher a/k/a Nicole Bacher, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 8, GARDEN MANOR SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 45 AND 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
