NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001696 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank NA as Legal Title Trustee for Truman 2012 SC2 Title Trust, Plaintiff and Thomas M. Van Nostrand a/k/a Thomas Van Nostrand and Sydnee L. Winters a/k/a Sydnee Winters, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15 AND NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 16, BLOCK 5, MAP OF PINELLAS ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, FLA., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
