NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-006523 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R8, Plaintiff and Gideon Rechnitz as Trustee of the Russell Anderson Family Trust are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 4, AND THE EAST 5 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 19, PINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
