NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012240 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and James Duncan and Angela Duncan, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTHWEST ONE FOOT OF LOT 15 AND ALL OF LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 32, BELLEAIR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 52 THROUGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
