NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-002273 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Kent N. Brink and Rachel L. Brink, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 103, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE AND SUBJECT TO THE EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAS OLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4768, PAGES 564 THROUGH 623, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 121 THROUGH 123, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH, WITHOUT WARRANT, PARKING SPACES 8 AND 9.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
