NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA014078XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST, SERIES 2006-GP1, is Plaintiff, and ARTHUR T. BLISS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, COUNTRYSIDE TRACT 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 57 AND 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
