NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of January 2014, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit E, Building 1, SUNSET POINT, a condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of SUNSET POINT, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 5368, Page 1237, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in condominium Plat Book 61, Pages 120-121, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
