Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-008041-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CARLTON EUGENE HOOKER, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 49 OF ARLINGTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE(S) 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of March, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
