NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 1, 2013 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
That certain parcel consisting of Units 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 and 14, as shown on Condominium Plat of the Blue Waters Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 41, Pages 74 and 75, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, filed May 2, 1980, in Official Records Book 5018, Pages 1390 through 1426, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 7, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
