NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-019443-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, DBA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and ANGEL BENITEZ; JANE DOE N/K/A ELIZABETH ANDREWS; JOHN DOE N/K/A BOBBY KILLACKY; AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCATION INC; BUILDER SPECIALITIES INC DOING BUSINESS AS ARD DISTRIBUTORS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JANUARY 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2404, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084, PAGE 873, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
