NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-1039-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.comat 10:00 A.M. EST on the 2nd day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BAY PINES MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, AT PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
