NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-001304-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and DIANA J HAMILTON, ZELMA HOWELL, CASABLANCA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES OF ZELMA HOWELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZELMA HOWELL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 5A, CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4453, PAGE 1410, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 7054, PAGE 2242, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 16 TO 24 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
