NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 10-012246-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM2 is the Plaintiff and Frank G. Fernandez A/K/A Frank Fernandez; The Unknown Spouse of Frank G. Fernandez A/K/A Frank Fernandez; Gaston F. Fernandez A/K/A Gaston Fernandez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1 N/K/A Claudia Lizando; Tenant #2 N/K/A Nelson Lizando are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 7 AND EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 3, HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
