YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HEATHER RIDGE WEST IV ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Apartment No. 210, as shown on Condominium Plat of HEATHER RIDGE WEST IV, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 48, Page 64, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 5158, Pages 948-977, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1370 Heather Ridge Boulevard, #210, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before January 20 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
