BIGLER A/K/A DAWN KRISTEN BIGLER A/K/A DAWN K. TAYLOR; ERIC ESTES A/K/A ERIC C. ESTES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/28/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
