NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005369 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR BRAVO MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2006-1, BRAVO MORTGAGE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Keith M. Santacruz and Sheryle A. Santacruz, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, WINDSOR PARK, 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
STREET ADDRESS: 2038 LITTLE NECK ROAD, CLEARWATER, FL 33755
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
