NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Novemner 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014153 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1, is Plaintiff and Linda Juarbe, MERS, Inc., as nominee for New Century Mortgage Corp., and Park Villas Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 11422, Building 2, PHASE ONE, OAK PARK VILLAS, a Condominium, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 96, pages 18-22, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R Book 5869, Page 632 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida: Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereof, and any amendments thereto.
Property Address: 11422 94th Street North, Largo, Florida 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
