Notice is given that pursuant to the AMENDED ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S, GOLDEN FLAMINGO OWNERS ASSOCIATION, f/k/a PARK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, MOTION TO RESET SALE DATEentered in Case No.: 11-007318-CO County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, GOLDEN FLAMINGO OWNERS ASSOCIATION, f/k/a PARK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are YORDAN N. ENTCHEV; LILIA ENTCHEV; and NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
An undivided 1/18th interest in and to Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 5, GLENSIDE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 46, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; LESS and except the buildings and improvements located thereon; TOGETHER with that certain apartment known as Apartment Number 101, GOLDEN FLAMINGO APARTMENTS, and so designated on the entrance door of said apartment and as said apartment is shown by the plan attached to said instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1749, Pages 163 to 166, inclusive, Clerk's instrument No. 102873B, of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, marked “Exhibits A and B”; said Apartment Number 101 consisting of approximately 949 square feet; together with an undivided one eighteenth (1/18th) interest in and to the walls and other structural supports necessary for said building, and all common elements; together with a right-of-way for ingress and egress to and from said apartment and all accessories appertaining thereto, etc., as shown by clerk's instrument no. 102873B, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
