Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No: 13-007797-CO , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, WINDRUSH COVE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are WALTER M. LEECH, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER M. LEECH, III; and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 21, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
Unit No. 99, BUILDING P, WINDRUSH COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof Recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 68 through 77, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4492 Pages 1805 through 1857, as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
