NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-011288-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,, is Plaintiff, and JIMMY W. CLIFTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1208 of Building 12, THE ENCLAVE AT ST. PETERSBURG, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14824, Pages 593 through 690, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
