NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-003388, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and CUU THI PHAN A/K/A CUU T. PHAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CUU THI PHAN A/K/A CUU T. PHAN; ANH VAN VO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 7day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK E, EASTWOOD TERRACE THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
