NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009802 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH F ESPOSITO; CHRISTINA M ESPOSITO; JOSEPH FRANK ESPOSITO AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH FRANK ESPOSITO AND CHRISTINA M. ESPOSITO REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 28, 2008; CHRISTINA M. ESPOSITO AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH FRANK ESPOSITO AND CHRISTINA M. ESPOSITO REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 28, 2008; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOSEPH FRANK ESPOSITO AND CHRISTINA M. ESPOSITO REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 28, 2008; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/16/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
