NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-021923-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and MARCIA H. WENNING, DOUGLAS PAUL WENNING, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, EASTWOOD PINES TOWNEHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A PINELLAS PINES TOWNEHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC., EASTWOOD SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A. RANDY`S ELECTRIC, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 1, Building 1, Eastwood Pines Townhomes, Phase I, a Condominium as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 89 through 91, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions , terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R Book 4095, Page 565 and amended in O.R Book 4546, Page 1520, O.R Book 4546, Page 1544, O.R Book 4842, Page 1115, O.R Book 5742, Page 2115, O.R Book 5947, Page 1413, O.R Book 6954, Page 1132, O.R Book 7516, Page 1600, and all amendments thereto, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida together with and undivided interest in common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
