NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-008930-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, GAIL KORINCE, GEORGE KORINCE, WILLIAMSDALE SQUARE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, CHAD T. KORNICE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against of the Estate of Chad T. Korince, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 201, Williamsdale Square 4th Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
