NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-003723 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and VALIA JOHNSON, SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALIA JOHNSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1382, Building 2, Seventieth Somerset Place, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 124 through 128, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4984, Pages 1772 through 1834, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
