NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-015116 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and EDYTHE I RICE, VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT 3 ASSOCIATION, INC. , BAYVIEW ROOFING, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDYTHE I. RICE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 8250, Building No. 9, of Vendome Village Unit Three, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 74 through 76, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3412, Page 463 through 522, inclusive, together with such further additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
