NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-005046 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and GALE GANN, HEATHER LAKE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION INC. FKA HEATHER LAKE APARTMENTS NO. II ASSOCIATION INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GALE GANN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Apartment No. 203, Building F, of HEATHER LAKE APARTMENTS NO. III, a condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 16, at Page 75, amended in Condominium Plat Book 23, at Page 10, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4117, at Page 670, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
