NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-007713-CI , of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and BARBARA GASTON F/K/A BARBARA RHYMES; LORENZO GASTON, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CUSTOM AFFORDABILITY, INC., A FLORIDA DISSOLVED CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 7 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BRUNSON-DOWELL SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
